I have I think qiute a bit of guys that like me, so I don't really have that issue. It's just that a lot of the guys at my school will start to get to know me and we will become like really good friends and then the same thing happens everytime...he will admite he likes me, whether he tells me in a note, in person, using a friend. And then he won't follow through by asking me out. I don't know if it is just because they think of me as more of a friend or what. I have even had guys like semi ask me out in notes and then decide not to give me it. Uhhh, its frusterateing, and depressing.

You should take the initiative and go for it. Just be like "So... you gonna ask me out or what?" lol. You have nothing to lose cause you already know they likey you. =)

Best of luck!

ok heres what you need to do. Pick one of your guy-friends that admited they liked you, the one you want to go out with. Ask him out for pizza or a movie or something, then while your talking ask him if he'll be your boyfriend. Simple as that. :D

Ok, so the next time they give you the "I like you speech" why don't YOU just ask HIM out? its ok for girls to do it, no problems, no images of desperation or whatever, just do it.
