I'd have to give it to Bruce. More well rounded fighter who has speed that could be close to, if not equal to Ali (Clay). Ali proved he isn't a fighter but just a boxer when he tried to pull a stunt live at a wrestling event. He was quickly grabbed up and spun around 3 times while "Gorilla" Monsoon slammed him to the ground. I had always thought that this was just another Wrestling stunt but years later I read that he was a real occurrence.

Bruce Lee. Too much speed and a way more diverse skill set. Ali, although great, was a boxer, and boxers aren't taught to deal with kicks and takedowns. He would need to learn to adjust to Lee's arsenal. For as small as Lee was, he was solid and had a hell of a lot of power behind every strike. He may not have been able to KO Ali, but he would stun him quite a bit.

In Bruce Lee's book he flat out admits that Ali would beat him in and out of the ring. so I will go with Ali.

Given that Inoki was able to force Ali into a draw by kicking him in the legs, my money would be on Lee. Anotonio Inoki is a much larger man than Lee was, but his strategy of low kicks and avoiding punches was very effective against Ali in their 1976 fight.

Considering ali has parkinsons and is in a wheelchair, I would think that Bruce would easily take him but will be booed doing so.
