How old are you? Thats pretty normal for young relationships. Its actually a good thing. Just take it slowly. When you are saying goodbye is a great time to give him a hug and maybe a quick kiss on the cheek? Or when you guys are walking together, let your hand brush up against his and see if he gets the hint.
It will happen. Dont stress over it.

Baby steps. MAKE yourself hold his hand. When you are comfortable doing that, go on to hugging. Once a hug feels natural, then you can try light kissing. You will get used to that and then move onto some more intimate kissing.
Hopefully your boyfriend will be patient and understanding!
