I like this girl at my job. She is always getting so much attention from all the other guy employees, I'm sure she is used to it, and she is nice to everyone, including me.
I don't want to be "just another guy" that has his mouth wide open and follows her around trying to hit on her all the time, even though I really like her. She flirts with me sometimes, but I assume she does with all the other guys too.
How should I act around her to get her to like me?

you just have to be yourself, you shouldnt have to act like a different person when your around her to make her like you.It would be a turn off if she fell for one guy then found out he was the complete opposite. I dont mean to sound mean but if she doesnt like you for you then i dont know what to tell you, but just be yourself. :)

Be really different, don't try and flirt/hit on her. Just be really nice and look out for her. Compliment her occasionally but not on her body/face. Treat her like a bestfriend. Even if you don't feel comfortable, act really comfortable around her- thats a major turn on. If you get to the point where you want to ask her out, ask her out as a friend to lunch or something, then work your way up. good luck!

The MOST IMPORTANT thing a man can do for a woman is to LISTEN when she talks. Give her your undivided attention. Don't just ACT interested in what she says, BE interested -- and prove it by following up... For example, if she tells you she's going to visit her sister, the next time you see her, ask her how the visit went.
If you can do that, you might just get the undivided attention of this woman -- and many OTHER women too!
Remember that people LOVE to talk about themselves. You needn't be shy or wonder what to say -- ask her about HER. Ask her where she grew up, about her pets, siblings, hobbies...
Be nice, polite and well groomed. Be funny if you can. But most of all LISTEN.

act like if you dont care about her like if you dont like her and when she sees you are diferent than the other guys she will want to hit on you cuz she would be asking herself what is up whit this guy who dont even turn to look at me and will want to know and get close to you more.
