I'm guessing when you say "meat stuffing" you're referring to meat pie stuffing?

I'm Canadian, and my idea of a meat pie is totally different than a French Canadians idea. But I've eaten them before.
Here's a couple recipes:

I found this while cruising for meat:

Edit - It's now lunch time, I'm starving, and after reading this I'm craving a meat pie!

Edit - Check out this radio broadcast from a Canadian radio station. It will tell you everything you'll ever need to know about this traditional French Canadian meat pie, or tourtière as it's known...very interesting: http://archives.cbc.ca/IDCC-1-69-1371-8412/life_society/canadian_food/
This 'Canadians love Kraft Dinner' TV documentary is quite entertaining as well:

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7as

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

4lbs ground beef
2lbs ground pork
1 med onion
2tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp crushed thyme
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1/4 tsp ground cloves
water (1 inch on bottom of pan)
crushed saltines
put all ingredients (except crackers) in a large pan, cook on medium heat until meat is well done, approximately 1 hour, occasionally stirring so mixture doesn't stick to pan.

add 1 ladle of turkey drippings. simmer 20 minutes.

drain 3/4 liquid from pan, add crushed saltines to absorb remaining liquid. add salt & pepper to taste
