Hi all! i'm 19 this year..been going out with this guy for 3 months. We knew each other since 13 but we've been friends all the time until sparks started to fly bout 6 months ago. Everything seems perfect initially but i'm currently having exams now so we're not hanging out as much. Things just seemed different now, not as sweet and lovey dovey as before. Am i being oversensitive? He's not telling me he miss me and that he loves me anymore. Something he would always say last time. I love him very much and i cant imagine myself without him now. We used to have PLENTY to talk about but there was a lot of silence during yesterday's dinner. What is going on? I cant help but keep thinking bout negative stuff. Am i being oversensitive? :(

p.s He's not a playboy or anything cos i'm his 2nd gf and his first relationship lasted for 2 years. This is more or less my first relationship. He did tell me i'm the one he wants to marry and have kids with in future.

This happens in all relationships. I read a quote that said that nobody can be 100% "in love" all the time. The fact that you've been busy with exams and such may be contributing to the emotional distance.

Take some time to devote only to him where you two are completely alone. Do something that you both like (i.e. watching a movie or even just talking)

Communication is key.

Best of luck! =)

(And you're not overly sensitive.)

You're just suffering with what most others do - - you want a good relationship but just DON'T KNOW HOW.
I'd get busy studying relationships in book stores, libraries or the web:
