Form a company and employ many friends. Give them health insurance and piece of mind.
I wouldn't give them a bunch of money up front, just a paycheck for the rest of their lives.
Depending on how much I won, after taxes, the lowest weekly paycheck would be $500 and they could go work some where if they wanted, if not, that's fine too.
Then I would go traveling and help people as I go. Not having a phone or mailing address, just living in a truck and checking emails now and then.

do crazy stuff. I'd pay my bills. I'd give monies to P.P.S (Portland Public Schools), course buy a home, save for my girls education, keep working, and hope lotto equates a true step UP.
Bottom line is I would share it accordingly...
