I'm on a diet, Im not starving myself but anyway you get hungry while on diet.

What are some good things to do to keep busy when I feel hungry and to motivate myself? any advice/tips?

A couple of tips...

Brush your teeth. You will feel less inclined to eat after brushing.

Keep your hands busy. Learn to do embroidery or needlepoint. If your hands are busy doing something you enjoy, you won't want to stop to eat. This is especially good when you are watching TV.

OK I was doing the same thing so What I used 2 do is get on the computer and type or chat with one of your Friends and browsed through the web and drink a lot of water a lot like 8 cups OK it worked for me

Read. Drink something with a little caffeine to kill your appetite. Water's better, though. Take a walk.
