obviously she is asking you if your going to have a steady job, if you 2 share intrests, and whether or not you like her, obvious signs of crushing, i dont blame you for asking though, you need confirmation to build confidence, if your attracted to her just ask if she has a reason for these questions or just come out and ask if she likes you, if ur not attracted to her, just dont ask her out :)

It could be that she is attracted to you or it could be that she may be a little insecure and you are someone she feels "safe" hanging around (especially if she is new and doesn't really know anyone). It may be that you are nice to her when you see her (smile at her when you pass by, or maybe said Hello to her one day), and she just feels comfortable being near you because she doesn't "know" anyone else. That is something I would do. The next time you see her, just ask her something simple {what did you think about that announcement, how long have you been here, etc.), and see how she responds. Sounds like it couldn't hurt.
