your calories are too low for your body weight and daily level of exercise. the absolute bare minimum amount of calories should be no less than what is required by "your" basal metabolic rate. this is just to sustain life and for the metabolism to function normally. most need to increase the caloric intake above what is required by the BMR to lose weight/body fat. increase your cals slowy by 10% each week for several weeks until you get back to about 1800 cals. stay at that caloric intake for several weeks to reset your metabolism, then slowly decrease the cals by 10% each week until weight loss occurs. stay at that caloric intake until weight loss plateaus then decrease by 10% again.

Why are you taking mineral oil? It is a laxative. That is not a long term solution. Replace it with a healthy oil, like flax. Your body is probably going into starvation mode because you are taking in way less than you are burning so it is clinging to what it can. I agree with the smaller, more frequent meals. Also, try eating after your workout. I like nonfat plain yogurt with a high fiber cereal (Trader Joe's has good ones). Although I must say, you sound like you are at your ideal weight. Maybe try not weighing yourself for a while. Find a pair of jeans you like the way you look in and gauge yourself by that. It is so easy to get obsessed with that number on the scale we forget to look in the mirror and examine if we are satisfied with what we see. I had the same struggle, at 5'10", I was obsessed wtih being 135 b ut after killing myself for so long I realize it just couldn't be. Now I am happy at 145 (but don't freak out if I see 147 or more on the scale occasionally). Life is short, be responsible but have fun.

Rev your metabolism up by eating really small amounts more often through the day.

Eat no more than 1 cup of food at a sitting, then wait 2 hours before eating any more. (no snacking in between at all, if you want a snack, eat it at your next 2 hour mark)

It tricks your body into not storing as much energy in fat because it realizes that your going to eat in 2 hours. Even if you miss one of your meals it says, hey i can miss one im going to eat in two hours anyways.

Bringing the food with you to nibble on like that is the hard part.

After a few days, it will seem as though you are getting more hungry than usual, its normal, just wait a few more days and your body will adjust (dont eat more than the 1 cup every 2 hours during this time)

I hope it helps, it sounds like its your next step.

After that, cutting out all sorts of bad food, not just meat (candy + resteraunt food)
