For marriage, how much to pay for a professional photography for it.?

Hi Everyone, recently i have been thinking do i need get some professional photos for our marriage or just for wedding day. Normaly how much i should pay, is it expencive or only expencive would have some good photos. Thanks a lot ^_^

When the flowers have wilted, the drinks worn off and the food is passed through the systems all you will have left of your wedding day is are the photos. Isn't that a thing of value?
If the day is too important to let your friends do the cooking or your cousin arrange the flowers, why would you let anyone but a professional take your wedding pictures?

When I got married my husband paid a photography school student to take the pictures. According to him the processor had a "fire" and only one roll of pictures were "saved". Thankfully, we also had an appointment at a studio where we had lovely formals that we still treasure!

Bottom line, search for a professional that is within your price range and whose work you can view, but by all means CHOSE A PRO!

Depends on where you live and what you want, like fhotoace stated. In the Columbus, Ohio area you are looking at somewhere in the $1000-$3000 area for a basic shoot and a modest photo package.

I'm planning my wedding too and I've seen anywhere from $1000 to $6000. I don't know how you feel but ouch! I'm just designating my two brothers with some cameras and click click. thankfully cameras now-adays take some pretty good photographs even if the photographer isn't that great. I don't know. Packages can run quite high. Most of the ones I saw online were anywhere from seven hundred to three grand. Good luck.

I had everyone at my wedding take their own pics and I got them all back. Cost was $0 and of course someone out there will have a natural gift for photographs.
