haha wow ok well if its runny you need more fiber.....if its green you need more grain.......if it is like chuncky u need more water....and if it is smooth then its healthy

If you have to strain to use the bathroom you should try to increase water and fiber intake. Straining can cause tears (anal fissure) or hemorrhoids which will make it even worse. You might want to get a stool softener as well.
Poo should be light to dark brown. Red indicates blood, black means internal bleeding. Sometimes it depends on your diet as well.

Oprah did a great show on this with Dr. Oz. He said a healthy poop should be soft (not hard) and in an "S" shape in the toilet.

Hard ones mean you are not eating healthy or drinking enough water.
