I'm 19 years old and I have severe pain in almost all of my joints. It usually hurts the most in the morning, at night when I try to sleep, or when I rest for a while.

Could it be arthritis?

I also have no medical insurance to see a doctor.
What do you think I should do?

See a Doc asap! If it is the start of Arthritis and that is what is sounds like, you need to hit it on the head now.

You definitively have to go to a doctor to get some testing done. Those are classical symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. It could be other things too so no diagnosis here.
Are you going to college? Sometimes they have a doctor's office there. They can at least give you some idea of where to go. Check with government services to see if you can find a doctor that will be cheaper.
Don't wait any longer, if you have RA the faster you get treatment the better your prognosis. If you wait too long, your joints will start degrading and you can end up having to suffer thru lots of surgeries and avoidable problems.
Try finding the arthritis foundation in your area, they might have an idea of some place to go to help you.
