Has the amount of bleeding decreased at all. If so, it may take a few more hours for the bleeding to completely stop. Different people react to these kinds of procedures differently. You could be what is known as a free bleeder (meaning your blood may be thinner which causes you to bleed longer) this condition can be considered dangerous, however if this were the case you would have known it before now.

Your doctor or the nurse should have given you care instructions as well as informed you about what to expect. If you are concerned that you are bleeding to much I would make a trip to the emergency room. Since you have stated that you already had an infection, the bleeding may be a good thing it will help to rid your foot of in toxins still there and prevent it from entering further into your blood stream, which could lead to an even more serious infection that could potential cost you your foot. If you can live with the amount of bleeding and it has not stopped by morning I would go back to the doctor who performed the procedure.

Your probably going to get a staff infection (Flesh eating virus) if you do not go to a doctor right away.
