i feel the need to workout everyday. i feel if i dont workout im not good enough and i feel FAT. i'm not doing this to get attention...so dont even assume that. i just need help right now. and some answers on what may be wrong. i do an hour and half of cardio everyday. i feel if i do less...i cheat myself. but if i complete the hour and a half i feel great and ready to have fun! whats wrong?

u might have obsesive workout disorder (i think thats what its called) but just see a doctor or phsyciatrist they'll help u

it may not be anything wrong except that you are just pushing yourself too hard. Sometimes we just do things to feel less stressed out. You may consider doing other things like going for a nice slow walk on the park or go out to dance with your friends, things to keep you busy and at the same time in shape.and perhaps more happy with yourself.. I do not know you I bet you look great

Well, it's obviously something mental going on. It sounds a little like Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). It's not a big deal having OCD as long as you don't let it control your life. I can't exactly tell you what to do to fix it unless I know your height, age, and weight. If they are well balanced out, then you're okay, but if not, your excessive working out may b the right thing.
As long as your weight is average for your height and age, then you're fine. And remember, it doesn't all matter about looks... it's what's on the inside that counts. :)

The best you can do is set up a schedule for example
on mon do cardio tue do light weights wed sit-ups
thru do aerobics friday run again, but dont time you're self count the miles and add another once a week

it sound like you do care about yourself and are taking care of yourself with exercise and hopefully with diet, but every day workout is much 3 times a week is what we need to stay fit.feeling fat when you probably not is a state of mind if eating alot of fast food and feel that way well exercising is a quilt trip relief and you might hurt oneself

It sounds like you may be falling into anorexia. You may need to get to see your doctor to talk about this. I wouldn't wait. You most likely are just fine. Nip this in the bud so you don't cause yourself any harm.

I think you may be really hard on yourself. Ask yourself where this started and how it makes you feel. If you don't like it, change it.

girl...who are you trying to impress? Atract boys? if so, for me, I like shubby girl though. coz, when I hug her I feel somethin not just bone. coz, when I bite or suck , I'll need some shunk.
