Does he also lose weight down there? No. If anything, the penis actually comes out, because weight has reduced. I used to be overweight. Once I started jogging, lifting, doing ab work, my member has come out more and more, progressively.

There was actually a study about this a while ago. Actually, it's the opposite effect; if a fat man loses weight, he seems to get longer (it doesn't actually grow, it's just that there isn't as much fat covering it), and some men can gain an inch or more by losing weight.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Speaking from experience as I went from 480 to 220, down there does not change. What happens is that the fat in the belly, thighs and areas surrounding down there is lost and one ends up with more room down there. Much myth here which is not true.

Dr. Oz appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show several months ago and this exact question was asked of Dr. Oz. His answer was that for every 30 lbs lost, you'll actually gain an inch down there (if only I could loose 300 lbs).

just the fat... the penis doesn't gain any fat though... for fat men, the penis is usually buried inside the fat gut... and when major weight loss occurs, it might surface an inch or two above ground... but I'm just rambling on.... what a weird question...
