this is directed towards states that give tuition discounts to illegal immigrants and the question is directed at the us govt, not at any immigrants. as a us citizen could i go thru some sort of process to get mexico to make me a mexican citizen and then would i be entitled to tuition discounts? or would the us tell me that i am not a real illegal immigrant?

Unfortunately if you were born in the U.S you can't become illegal.But if you became a naturalize citizen just go ahead and committ a felony and you can have your citizenship taken away. isn't that some bs.you know you could always burn all your paperwork and say your illegal,who would know your not.As long as you look mexican you could pass for illegal i'm guessing.
