I have a shitzu who used to pee all over the house - it was disgusting. She still does it when she's mad at us for something. Anyway after 5yrs of cleaning up after her, the only thing I've found to really get rid of the smell forever is called Urine Be Gone. It doesn't have a smell at all. I found it at a place called Fleet Farm - they are only in the upper Midwest though. I think it was at one time sold on TV so you could try one of those As Seen on TV stores - or maybe do a search for it. FYI it is sold with a black light, but you can buy just the refills - no black light. I wouldn't waste my money on the black light kit.

I have yet to find a stain cleaner labeled specifically for pet stains that doesn't leave an even worse smell - I hate fragrances.

If you see her do it and can get it sopped up really fast, Spot Shot and Resolve Spot Remover work fairly well - but if it soaks in at all, the smell and the stain come back with these.

If you can't find Urine Be Gone and can't stand the fragrances in the others - a pan of warm water with like two cap fulls of ammonia does a pretty good job. (You really can't smell the ammonia once it is mixed with water, but to get it mixed you have to deal with the ammonia fumes when you open the bottle. ) Soak the stain with the mixture; sop it up as dry as you can with a big towel; soak it again with clear water; sop that up with another big towel.

OxyDeep. It's for carpet. It's fantastic. It gets all the way down to the carpet padding and gets it clean, and gets rid of the odor. As for the smell in the air...sit boxes of baking soda around to absorb the smell. The boxes are cheap, so replace them about every 5-7 days.

Put on a mask and clean, with soap and water and bleach. Then use some of the pet odor remover. And if this is unusual behavior for her, take her to the vet. She may have a bladder infection and could be in a lot of pain.
