It sounds like you are coming off too quickly, if you are going cold turkey from a moderate dose there is even a fit risk! Go see your GP for a planned withdrawal.

You're not mad!! You are going through withdrawing from a drug and that is causing these side effects. I think you should see your doctor, to guide you on how to give up this medication safely. At a level where you are not having such drastic side effects. When coming off a drug you need to do it under a doctor's guidelines. It doesn't even matter on what the drug is.But you have to be weaned off it-slowly. Or it can make the things happen that the drug in the beginning was suppost to be eliminating. See your doctor, and take care:) You are not crazy!!

Okay, you're not "mad". Your doctor should of told you how to reduce the dosage of Diazepam so that you wouldn't have these symptoms. Maybe you need to be on a "....pam" medication to control your behavioral characteristics. Drugs affect each individual in weird ways. Get on your doctor's case. Serious fecal matter in the works, get help, bro.
Not a doctor from the good ole USA

anxiety and panic attacks are no fun 4 anyone, but you do not say why you have stopped or cut the diazepam,if it is on the doctors orders then you need to see him again,as the cut-down level is to much and you need to do it at a slower pace,or maybe you arent ready to come off them yet,i panic if i think im running out most months.dont let anyone push you into stopping your medication, too many doctors start people on diazepam and then decide they are addictive, and then think its best to stop them or cut them down, like change you from 5mg to 2mg,but dont take the time to monitor the situation, yes i know how you feel and i think you should get back to the doctor as soon as possible, and dont let him or her off easy you tell them just exactly how you feel and insist they do something NOW!

It depends on the reason WHY you think these things.
It sounds to me like you might have APD, but it could be a number of different things. :)

See if that helps.
I also have APD. Or had. I'm recovering.

5htp (hydroxytryptophan) 50-100mg taken at night. You can buy it at the health food store or online. It's an amino-acid.

go see a doctor instead of asking questions here that none of us are qualified to answer.
you KNOW you are having a problem and you are refusing to see a doctor...
shame on you. you will not get better sitting in front of your computer.
