I'd do everything as I've done so. Think about it. This is a small example, but worthwhile for the mind. I'm in love with a series of books by Jacqueline Carey. I never would have read the first book to this, though, which I got hardly 6 months ago, if I didn't fall down the stairs in highschool 4 years ago. Everything leads to a conclusion. It's all about cause and effect, truly. You see it in time traveling movies/shows all the time.

Americans have job protection, The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that protects American workers from employment discrimination and unfair employment practices. If you were fired to give a undocumented worker your job or denied Employment and an Undocumented was hired. You should File a complaint with the commission and the court will give you the job with back pay. I find that Trades man story very hard to believe, N.Y. and Conn. are very strong unionized states and to believe his story is hard to understand as Unions are very militant about their workers rights, have a long grievance procedure to follow before discharge, and all hiring is though the Union Hiring Hall and companies hiring Scabs under union scale is not allowed.
The Welfare reform act of 1996 ,Disqualifies all Undocumented Immigrants from receiving any "federal public benefits.

Clearly your job security is at risk when there are others who will perform the same duties for less.

my job requires a lifeguarding certification card to prove that i am able to legally guard a pool or beach area. many people aren't willing to take on such responsibilities, even if many don't see the importance of a lifeguard. the next time someone is drounding, they will. most illegal immigrants aren't hear to "steal job positions." they are also hear to better the lives of their children and their own lives. there are still people who don't have medical insurance, illegal or not. we would still be paying their way through public schools-lunch money, field trips, etc.- and medicare treatments. not everyone is priviledged enough to afford such amenities. just because you are able to afford care in an emergency doesn't mean that someone else doesn't. every life is important. and once the "illegals" are here, most file for a green card-work permit- anyways. it's just easier to do it while already here. look up some of your government facts before angering more people through ignorance, please.

If you have a nice high-paying job, you needn't worry. If the immigrants knew how to do it, they would do it in their country and not come here at all.

My job requires a Master's degree in Social Work. I'm not too worried.
Oh, and you could stand to work on organizing your thoughts into coherent paragraphs, complete with sentences and punctuation.

Sorry, not my job. It requires a masters degree, and a complete criminal background check.
Oh--and a legitimate social security number.
