Mormonism I can understand since they slapped another book on the bible. But JW`s based their faith on the same book. Just a different interpretation. I thought different interpretations of the Holy Book broke down into different denominations.

Out in Service (our door-to-door Ministry) a couple weeks ago, someone told me that I couldn't say the Lord's Prayer because Jehovah's Witnesses don't believe in Jesus. I quoted it to her in King James.
We use all sorts of translations of the Bible. Jesus didn't speak King James. He used the Scrolls available in his day. God has always aloud His Word to be translated into the modern language of the times.
Jehovah's Witnesses take Jesus Christ MOST seriously. Not only is he the ONLY mediator for approaching God, he gave his life a ransom to regain what Adam and Eve lost, AND he is currently our King ruling in Heaven in the midst of his enemies. He gave his followers the work of going out, making disciples and teaching people the truth about God and Jehovah's Witnesses are doing that.
Jesus never Witnessed about himself but directed ALL glory to his Father. We do that and people still say we're not Christians. *scratches head in utter amazement*

We do NOT accept the Deity of Christ because he himself rejected such an idea!!!

The Bible says that as in the days of Noah, so to the end of this world... the world of wicked mankind who have no desire to worship God in truth. The earth itself will be turned into a paradise and that Paradise is where the majority of all Witnesses look forward to living after the resurrection. God intended mankind to live forever on earth. His plans haven't changed.
There will be a resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous. Everyone in God's memory will have the chance to learn the truth about him and worship him in truth.
He does NOT send anyone to a fiery hell of torture. That sounds more in line with the Pagan gods of long ago...

My God is Jehovah. He is a loving, forgiving, merciful God of Power.
Please let me know if you'd like to learn more about Him, or go to watchtower dot org to find out more (sorry, but Y!A wont let me post links again).

Different denominations usually don't acknowledge other groups. There are many protestant groups that don't recognize catholics as christians, and catholics--at least according to their pope say that only roman catholics go to heaven.

Hheheeee People always demean what they see as being OTHER, but a person first has to separate themselves from the ONEness to create an OTHER.

Though one should keep in mind that Christians are self professed sinners. IF a sinner is wiling to LIE and DEFY their OWN god---truth is nothing is really sacred to them. IF a sinner is willing to LIE and DEFY their OWN god, a mere human really cannot expect things like morality or truthful knowledge from them.

Christians are twisted....they think being into human sacrifice (killing "Jesus' to clean up all the ickies and evil they bring to the world), being into ritual cannibalism (communion is the symbolic eating the flesh and blood of 'Jesus'), and sinning against their own god gives them a superior morality over others.

It is interesting though that pretty much every tenet of Christianity is listed in their own bible as ABOMINATIONs to their OWN god.

Hosea 13:2 Human Sacrifice---ABOMINATION
Jeremiah 32:35 Sacrificing upon High Places, like Mt. Calvary---Abomination
Leviticus 7:22/ Hos 8:13, Communion---ABOMINATION
Deuteronomy 13/ Matthew 23:15, Converting People—Abomination
Deut 4:15-16, Defining ‘Jesus’ as god--ABOMINATION

Regardless of what you read, the statement that "the only truth to which all christians hold is that Jesus is God," is nowhere to be found on the lips of Jesus or in the Holy Bible. That is a mere opinion. Jehovah's Witnesses believe all of what the Bible says about Jesus. If you examine the Bible verses you quote, you will see that none of them say plainly that Jesus is God. For example, John 10:30 does not say, "I and the Father are one God." Neither does John 8:19, nor John 14:8, 9. Jesus is clearly stating his likeness to his Father, and his authority as his Father's representative and spokesman. But nowhere does Jesus say in those verses, "I am God." What those verses are interpreted to say, and what they actually say, are different. Yet, Jesus clearly says that he is the Son of God, that his Father is greater than Jesus is, that no one has ever seen God, and that his Father is also his God, and that his Father is "the only true God." (John 17:3) Jehovah's Witnesses don't care whether others consider us to be Christians or not. Other people are not the judge, the Lord Jesus is. But we are Christians because we teach and believe what Jesus himself taught and believed, and we follow Jesus as our example, and believe on him as our Lord and Savior. Other people are entitled to their opinions. But that's all they are: human opinions. "Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand." -- Romans 14:4, New International Version

We ARE considered a Christian organization.
We are footstep followers of Jesus Christ.
He is our King & Savior.

We do not have our OWN Bible, either.
We have a translation of the Bible, just like the Kings James Translation is one. There are many translations of the Bible, it does not mean anything is twisted about it.

We researched the Original Greek & Hebrew, so as to get all the interpretations of the words, in modern English correct.
Truth is our life. Don't be fooled . . .

Wow people are REALLY misinformed about JW's. I would think most don't see them as "Christian" because they do NOT accept the false trinity and hellfire doctrines that all of the major so-called Christian religions do. But let me assure you, they follow Jesus` words and direction from the Bible. Since Jesus NEVER even hinted to actually being God himself, they witness about his and our Heavenly Father, Jehovah. And when they pray, they pray through the ONLY person God approved of for that, JESUS.

Christians believe; God is eternal, personal, spiritual Being
in three persons --------- the trinity: Father, Son, Holy Spirit.
[ Matt.3:13-17 28:19, 2Cor.13:14]

Jehovah's Witnesses believe; There is one solitary being from all eternity, JEHOVAH God,the creator and Preserver of
of the Universe and all things Thet deny the doctrine of the
Trinity. ETC.

Jehovah's Witness and Mormons are both Christian denominations; simply not orthodox Christian denominations. They both believe in Christ, and are therefore Christian. They don't, like the oneness Pentecostals and some other Christian faiths, believe all of the things that are considered tests of orthodoxy.

So, many Christian faiths might not wish to call them Christian, but they do believe in Christ, and are therefore part of the "Christian" family of religions. It is an internal conflict, not an external one. From a sociological viewpoint, they are all Christians.

Jesus is a god but not the almighty all the sons of God in heaven are gods according to (Psalms 82:1 and 6 ) and all angels are sons of God (Job 1:6)

in a hospital there are doctors but there is only one is the chief , in heaven is the same all angels are gods created by the most powerful being (Almighty).

Jesus is the firstson (first angel ) of God according to Colossians 1:15-17.

there are more than 200 verse of the bible that prove that Jesus was and is the most powerful being after the almighty one that was sent to earth by the almighty to died for our sins, the majority of religion think that he is his own father, that the saem that sent him was the one that came, (I sent you to a mission but I am you?)

cause they think there is only one God, but they says that there are three gods, but according to the bible there is only one ALMIGHTY God but there are many gods (Are powerful but not all powerful) and the only one that we and the rest of the sons of God must worshipped is the father (John 4:23-24) .

According to the majority of religion Jesus is Jehovah which is false, Jesus is the son of Jehovah (Most high) according to Luke 1:32 and the name of the most high is Jehovah (Psalms 83:18), they believe that Jesus is his own father at the same time what is illogical, and also his same holy spirit, but if you ask them, is Jesus the holy Spirit? they will tell "no" or is Jesus his own father "no, but they are the same" .....???!!!

the true is logical, not illogical.

People say we are not Christian just to slander us.

Yes, we do not believe that Jesus is God. But that is only because the Bible teaches so.

Jesus himself was a Witness of Jehovah, so if we follow in his footsteps, we'll be witnesses of Jehovah too.

Rev 1:5,6- "and from Jesus Christ, “the FAITHFUL WITNESS,” “The firstborn from the dead,” and “The Ruler of the kings of the earth. To him that loves us and that loosed us from our sins by means of his own blood—  and he made us to be a kingdom, priests to HIS GOD and FATHER—yes, to him be the glory and the might forever. Amen."

Isaiah 43:10- “You are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “even my servant whom I have chosen, in order that you may know and have faith in me, and that you may understand that I am the same One. Before me there was no God formed, and after me there continued to be none"

Who ever told you Jehovah's Witnesses aren't Christian, don't know their bible as well as you think they do.

Jehovah's Witnesses are one of the few that actually believe Jesus is the Son of God.

Jehovah's Witnesses are one of the few that actually obey Jesus in all the things.

Jehovah's Witnesses are one of the few that put the Kingdom first in our lifes.
