Quite the religious analogy there, eh? Such a question is open to deep probing; it would be interesting to see if the back door would be more receptive to such religious thrusts. If their ideas were well lubricated with reason, they might achieve greater penetration--into the hearts of those witnessed to, that is. To top things off, their back door efforts just might be crowned with a successful climax.

It might be worth pursuing to see if they could make it work, in the end.

there's a distinction between the applicable and fact. What you describe sounds plenty like it is coming from a practise manual, and intensely some JWs do keep on with the practise manual. yet no longer all, and that's what makes human beings leary. If the JWs get verbally aggressive, won't take no for an answer, or many times stop by applying, it extremely is in basic terms obnoxious, and that offends human beings. individually, as a Wiccan, I truthfully have on no account had a undesirable adventure with the JWs. I truthfully have been approached some circumstances very with politeness with a question in fact of "would you prefer to take heed to approximately God?" and function pronounced "no, thank you," and that they have bid me a impressive day and left. Very civilized. Very polite. yet it extremely isn't all of us's reports, and due to this some human beings merchandise.

No. I leave that open in case you need to come in and help yourself to some home cooked food, Son. I do, however, only tell them once that I have my own faith and if they persist, it's on. I invite them in and tell them that they should be in Chicago in Roger's Park or anywhere off Clark Street passing out some burgers to the people sleeping in the doorways, not in an uptown neighborhood. I practice my preaching strut while I enlighten them. I haven't had one stop in a few years now.

No one EVER has knocked on my back door. Not in 26 years of living here so, I'd tend to be VERY suspicious indeed.

No. People who sneak around to my back door are greeted by me holding a nice little sword a friend of mine brought back from China.
The last person who crept into my back yard uninvited left in a hurry.

I'm not receptive to anything anywhere near my back door.

Strongly depends on what religion they are.

I'll be more than to happy invite Mormons/LDS into my home, but a Jehovah's Witness won't even get as much as a foot past the door.

Oh sure, yeah, I would convert right away, but only if they came up the back door.

Seriously, why do those people go around bothering people about their religion?

right now, with the way I am feeling about them, they aren't safe coming within ten feet of me. I want to change the world, but the world is stubborn.
