A girl is asking the question
You guys are at the same college and started eating dinner or lunch once or twice a week. And the both of you ususally have dinner on a day at the cafe or another food place at school. She metions if you guys are going to do this. You say if she wants. So you end up doing this. And it seems like you guys are starting to get a long great and are able to open up.
Would you eat dinner with her every week on a day if you didn't like her more than a friend??
Would you do this if you didn't want more than a relationship in the future?
How about if she doesn't want one now, but she might want one later (so she just wants to wait) to get to know him better and see where things go?
The guy has not said the exact words "I like you", or has not metioned if she wanted to be more than friends

Would you do this if you didn't want more than a relationship in the future? What do you mean by more than a relationship?

How about if she doesn't want one now, but she might want one later (so she just wants to wait) to get to know him better and see where things go? Now you are really confusing me.

In college, you're not "friends" with any girl first. As a guy, every girl you establish a relationship with is a "potential". If it doesn't lead to casual sex or a dating relationship or anything in between, then maybe it turns into "friends".

Guys view college like a giant buffet. Nobody puts Brussels sprouts on their plate at a buffet.

What ever happened to just being friends. I truely feel that a man and a woman can just be friends. The important thing is to make that clear, and if your feelings change, then let that be known also.
