Take the 30 days and get out with out being on supervision. If you take the two years and violate, you will spend a lot more then 30 days in jail. You might even check to see if they have a weekend program if you work for a living. We do here in florida for people with short sentences, they check in on friday night and leave monday morning every weekend until they have completed their sentence.

I think that you should take the 30 days. Reason being, you would save your self time, as well as money. Over those two years you are going to have to pay supervision fees, which can eaisly add up. Also, you can see if you can do the 30 days on the county farm verses in county jail. I am not sure if your state/county offers the farm, but it is worth asking about. I hope that I have been of some assistance.

A no brainer. Do the 30 and be done with it. I could do 30 standing on my head, but who wants to deal with those scumbag probation idiots for 2 years. Dude, just bring lots of books with you and the time will pass like nothing.

If you are incapable of obeying the law, you should go with the 30 days. If you can SOMEHOW manage to not commit a crime in 2 years, go for the probation.

If you have to ask, take the jail time.
You don't even seem to realize (or be grateful for) your luck in being offered an extension of your probation and anyone who doesn't think they can stay clean for two years belongs in jail.

I would take the 2 years over going to jail. It's a no-brainer,
those 30 days would be the longest of your life.
Stay out of jail and stay out of trouble from now on!

i would say...hmm, well if you got nothing really good going fo ryou(no offense) you know like no kids, no wife no girlfriend, not a good job, then take the 30 days, its not that long and at least your off of probation afterwards and can be free once and for all!!!!!!!!!!! but if you got it good, take the 2 years and just try to stay outta trouble!

30 days is the wise choice.Inquire about going in on just the weekends if the 30 days in a row would cost you your job or dwelling.Pay your fines, court costs and probation fees in full-the sooner the better.

Well obviously you have difficulty staying out of trouble so I'd take the 30 days in jail and get it TOTALLY OVER WITH..... 30 days is NOTHING compared to 2 years...
