I need some tips that might make her get to know the real me. And maybe try to get in to a relationship.

Look, she doesn't like you and there's nothing you can do to make her like you. Just like Rosie O'Donnell can't make you like her, you can't make no woman like you. The only thing you can do is start approaching other girls until you get a girlfriend.

dude..I had this feeling before and I got it man.. But I spend 2 years for that. She was the model and f*** I'm just a dude with nothin to show off like the other guys. But I tried to be just friend a wait through her process with other guys done. She had more chances than you. It's hard to tell weather when she gonna turn to you. try being sweet, don't talk about sex, support her when she needs it, be as a closest friend as possible. try it for 6 months or a year. Then 1 day when you go out with another girl, she'll get jealous. and she might think that you'll won't be her closest friend any more.. kinda like reverse psychology.... works for me but not so sure with you dude....

Relax, she doesn't like you as much as you like her NOW, but everything changes or dies. Obviously it would be great if it was a 50-50 balance but this is about as rare as hen's teeth. In the real world of relationships, one partner likes or loves the other more than he/she is loved. Good luck.

just spend some time with her and talk to her. Take her to a movie. As for the fact that she does not like you as much as you like her there is not much you can do about that.

1st thing u should do is be your self its always the best thing you can ever do don't be something that your not
2nd thing is if you really like her as a Friend start to give her complements
3rd play it cool and dont rush it
