IF A REFIL IS WRITTEN ON THE PRESCRIPTION, THEN ANY PARMACY CAN REFIL THIS BECAUSE THE LICENSE TO PRESCRIBE MEDS IS NATIONAL ONE.
I CAN WRITE A PRESCRIPTION ACROSS THE COUNTRY WHEREVER I HAPPEN TO BE, IF NEEDED.
A GOOD THING TO DO IS FIND A PHYSICIAN TO SEE YOU ON A REGULAR BASIS.

when you move to another state you need to get another doctor. However your doctor should keep on prescribing you your medication until you do, however eventually it will stop.. This is what you do.
-request all you medical recorders from your previous doctor, also ask him to give you a recommendation. Your doctor may not know anyone in the state or city that you have moved to, but I bet that he knows someone that knows someone. Or just go with whom ever your insurance covers or you can afford.

--let the new doctor review your records and history and then they will be comfortable prescribing the medication.

You can not fill a prescription from an out of state doctor when you move out of state. You will need to find a new doctor to treat things, I would request your medical records and possibly a referral to another doctor if possible.

States have different regulations with "scheduled" (controlled)
medications.
As far as I know your best bet will be to find a new doctor in your current home state.

No they will not. The FDA administer licenses to Doctor by the states they are licensed in. The pharmacies track the prescriptions of each doctor.
