Now while pirates and ninjas are opposites, they're not complete polar opposites so they don't annihilate each other just by touching. They annihilate each other because of an ancient blood-feud that few people actually remember.

In rare occasions they will team up to fight a greater evil but once it's done they go back to trying to kill each other. So I suppose if they both stabbed Jeebus at the same time and killed him, then they'd simply turn on each other next. Depending on how good they are, and whether the ninja has a magic sword or anything it could go either way.
