Just talk to her. Be like, "Do you want to have sex sometime?" She will understand. If she doesn't she isn't the right girlfriend. SHe may say no and that is okay. Another way to address it is, "have u ever thought about having sex?"

The most important thing is that you *can* ask her. There are a lot of potential consequences involved with sex, and if you can't discuss them, you probably aren't ready to deal with them -- which means you're probably not ready for sex. Sit down with her, tell her what you're thinking, and *really listen* when she tells you how she feels.
