what a shame, brand new
misfired out of the chocks and went into a barrier...
that'll be a big cost for an already troubled Airbus

I think they need to use a little more safety than just chocks to hold a jet back. Why weren't the brakes applied also just in case it jumped the chocks like it did? That's a very stupid way to ruin a brand new A340.

lol im glad i only fly a crj and nothing like that. Sucks to be those guys who just ruined a billion dollar bird

I heard about it and saw a small picture but man it looks much worse in that picture. Thanks. Damm, and it was brand new. Wow didn't realize people were hurt.
