I SUPPOSE YOU THINK THEY DID IT ON PURPOSE.

This seems to be a careless accident as had the aircraft been properly secured, this would not have happened. The laing gear should have been chained down for a full power run, chalks and brakes alone will not hold back a full power engine run.
