about 99%. Make sure that YOU Like him as well first! Man who says "maybe", is afraid to take the next step, which is, committment ofcourse, that he has the hots for you.
"Maybe" is the part where you play ignorance, talk to other men, put him on hold, tell him you are busy, will talk in about 10, he could call again please! Girl, if he calls! Or if he does not! There is your answer.
Ofcourse he might have a reason for not calling, so always make sure you know by asking directly. Being straight and asking direct questions in the begining, will save you a lot of time and heartache,not to mention self esteem.
