Use good quality moisturizer and toner (and wash too!), try Kiehl's , they are the best!! Wash, tone and moisturize in the morning and at night. And for occasional break outs use 10% benzoyl peroxide gel (like Zapzyt, clean&clear, neutrogena, etc). Also, don't forget to take your vitamins, like vitamin E, or the ones that say they're for skin, hair and nails, they are wonderful. Use exfoliating every few days, i love St. Ives Apricot Scrub, smells soo good!!! And also apply facial masks once a week. Going to a dermatologist is nice too, but lots of people don't have time though : ( Oh, and eat healthy. Good Luck!!!

You don't wash your face with soap as this dries your skin. I like oil of olay products. I am 46 and my skin still looks fresh. Use a face wash, Once a week use a mask and use a defoliant daily to keep clear skin and face cream at night, and I wear oil of olay lotion under my make up because it leaves my face soft and protects me from the make up base. If I don't wear it under my make up I break out a little bit. And always draw your face cream and lotion down to your breasts to prevent aging and to keep a soft complexion.

keep your skin moisturized, i use a little carmex, yes i said carmex on my t zone on my face, really dry, the cooling, tingly properties do wonders and works better than any face cream, only in my opinion though, but for body, always try n shower at night n slather ur body with a little gel baby lavender oil.....the scent will relax u n its action will soften ur skin.

Moisturizing is a big thing, no matter what we do sometimes though it doesn't make a difference some of us are just genetically predisposed to certain things.

exfoliate once or twice a week. don't overdo it it may make your skin irritated and dry. people say that chocolate doesn't effect breakouts but I beleive differently. I try to avoid them and oily foods as much as possible. eat lots of fruit and veg.
