Just because a person believes in Jesus does not make that person a Christian. One must repent of their sins and ask Jesus to come into their hearts and then live the Christian life style. So in answer to your question neither one of them will go to heaven

Truly, neither. The good person who does not believe in Jesus, will not go to heaven simply because he/she does not have a relationship with Jesus, and has not accepted Him as Saviour. (I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh to the Father except through me. John 14:6) Even though he/she is a good person, we are saved by God's grace, not by works.(Ephesians 2:8-9) The bad person, even though he/she believes in God, they disobey and this shows that they choose to really not love God. Sure, everybody messes up, but if they do not ask for forgiveness, they are sinners, and cannot enter heaven.

Being good or bad has nothing to do with heaven.
Think of people like king David. If he can get into heaven-anyone can.
Someone asked Jesus once- what good thing must I do to inherit the kingdom of God? Jesus answered- there is none good, no not one.
No one will ever enter heaven by being good- God said it Himself.

"Rev. Bobby" must not be reading the right Bible: For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. Eph. 2:8-9
The truth is that only God knows who is going where besides the individual person themselves. The Bible says for all have sinned, but salvation is found through Jesus. It is NOT about works; that is a lie made by certain churches to try and have people "pay" their way to Heaven. BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AND YOU WILL BE SAVED.
And what is an honest belief? One that shows a love of God and growth in your trust of Him. He is the potter; we are the clay.

Neither one.
The notion that a good person even if he believes in Jesus will go to heaven is not correct.
Only anointed christian begotten by the Holy Spirit will.
The rest have a hope to live in a paradise earth.

No one is good, not one. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Only thru Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross to pay for our sins can we be saved. John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life."

A soul, no matter what religion the human was, goes where its individual energy sends it. There is a wide band of possibility, "heaven" is fully merging with God Energy, "hell" is the lack of God Energy. Will you be closer to hell or closer to heaven? Depends on your behavior AND spiritual development.

Neither. There's no such thing as Heaven. It's a made up idea to comfort the weak minded into accepting death.

A "bad" person who believes in Jesus is a mere professor of the faith and not a true Christian.
1 John 3:2 Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. 3 And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure. 4 Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness. 5 You know that he appeared to take away sins, and in him there is no sin. 6 No one who abides in him keeps on sinning; no one who keeps on sinning has either seen him or known him. 7 Little children, let no one deceive you. Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, as he is righteous. 8 Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil. 9 No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God's seed abides in him, and he cannot keep on sinning because he has been born of God. 10 By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who does not love his brother.
