Price is no problem for me (I'm downloading it and getting keygen). Is it CS3? Photoshop5, 9, 10, CS2?!?!?!!? I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ALL OF THEM ARE!!!!! Which is the latest one and best??!

CS3 need a whole lot of resouces to run. I've got a 2.8Ghz CPU and 2 GB of ram; 200GB HDD with plenty of free space and that wasn't enough.
CS2 works great for me and I got back to it.

You won't need a keygen because the you get the serial number when you BUY the product, although it sounds like you prefer to STEAL stuff.
The latest is Photoshop CS3. There is no "best" version. All versions of photoshop have been or are used by professional photoshopers.
Unlike Windows which confuses the customer with irrelevant options, Photoshop comes in ONE version with a cheaper Elements option for home users or schools.

If you are a professional.ie paying for it. Get CS3. Otherwise go get CS2. It's less of a memory hog and frankly, I don't Cs3 is that big of deal.

dude Adobe Photoshop exist only one, there are just versions. just to fo adobe.com and see which is latest one
