I thought it meant that if you have good intentions but never act on them your on the road to Hell.

But that doesn't really seem fair since if you commit adultery in your heart it's the same as actually doing it, shouldn't good intentions count in the same way?

As for science there are many good scientists out there that can find the truth! You can listen to Alister McGrath and Richard Dawkins debate here... http://www.rzim.org/resources/

"There is no incompatibility between science and religion... Science shows that God exists." - Prof. D. Barton, Nobel Prize Chemistry

"If I had no other data than the early chapters of Genesis, some of the Psalms and other passages of Scripture, I would have arrived at essentially the same picture of the origin of the universe, as is indicated by the scientific data." Nobel Prize-winning physicist Arno Penzias (Big Bang Theorist)

"The principle of [divine] purpose ... stares the biologist in the face wherever he looks ... . The probability for such an event as the origin of DNA molecules to have occurred by sheer chance is just too small to be seriously considered ... ."Ernst Boris Chain - Nobel Prize in medicine

"Science can purify religion from error and superstition. Religion can purify science from idolatry and false absolutes" - Pope John Paul II

"Truth is absolute and knowable and must be searched for diligently, but many will try to hide it, deny it or muddy it." - Bia Leung.

there are such extremely some products and innovations that do no better than fool and lighten society's wallet. "Efficacy" seems to be a foreign places term to purveyors. Greed wins out. There are too many techniques with veiled unwell-intentions. actually, there could be outcomes for all this rampant greed? Hell? If hell existed, then i'd say: "possibly". yet, isn't greed, for the main section, societally rewarded? possibly all of us are going to hell then if "good" innovations are in basic terms a reaction to societal needs and reflective of the type of persons society includes and has contained.... maybe you're alluding to Kuhn's 1970's concept of "paradigmatic fact". We invent, learn, hypothesize interior of a paradigm, that which falls exterior is deemed "loopy", impossible. to enlarge this, one would desire to declare that one and all good inventors have been initially deemed nuts and as a result maybe going to hell.

No. Not true. This is a proverb that was written ironically.

It simply means that even though you may have good intentions that the end result of your actions may turn out horribly wrong.

And when they do turn out horribly wrong you cannot use "I had good intentions" as an excuse for your behavior.

And the rest of your question is confusing, silly and makes no sense.

The Road to Hell is Paved with "Not Getting your Spirit Recreated BEFOR you Kick-Out for Good!".
Period.

You have a FreeWill.
Gotta' Give Jesus "Your Permission" to Recreate it.

religions can't do this (Recreate your Spirit) for you.

I always thought that expression was funny because it reveals the true feelings of many believers: "no matter you say or do, you're still evil and rotten to the core; isn't God a nice guy to love someone as horrible and disgusting as you?".

that road to Hell is paved only for the devil peoples.
Is 14:11
All your pomp has been brought down to the grave,
along with the noise of your harps;
maggots are spread out beneath you
and worms cover you.

Everyone is right in their own mind. Even Hitler thought he was doing a good thing by trying to exterminate the Jews.
