OK I know what I'm saying because a lot of people on my mom's side of the family are trying to lose weight. OK First off, drink more water-it really helps. Second unless you want to torture yourself make changes slowly like don't stop eating fattening food all together but try to eat less or substitute it Also because my mom(who doesn't even need to lose weight-shes skinny) buys weight watcher foods I know that they are really good and low calorie. Find a friend to take walks with because you can talk while your walking or just do fun things to excecise like playing twister or dancing.m Oh and do things like use stairs and do like 20 crunches for every hour your watching TV or are on the computar!~

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
