You're not going to lose 20 lbs in 3 weeks. What you need to do is look at everything you eat. If you're eating too much junk foods, fast food, sweets and fatty foods you need to put some limits on those. Not necessarily eliminating them, just keeping them at a more reasonable amount. Drink lots of water, at least 8 glasses a day. Drink diet soda and fat free milk. Look at your cereal and see if it's too sugary and how many grams of fat per serving. You might be amazed at the differences in cereals. Just eat smaller meals more often so you never get to a starving mode which is when you're more likely to binge on fatty foods. The fat will come off at about 3 lbs a week. Good luck.

First of all, someone 15 has no business trying to lose 20 lbs. in 3 weeks.

If you are not fat, why are you wanting to lose 20lbs? You are not making sense. Get real here! Stop comparing your body to others, or worse, to starving models or phoney Hollyweird women

You are a teen, your body is still growing and changing, your hormones are making your body shape change. If you start to interrupt that, you can really cause problems.

If you eat healthy (no sugars, no junk, no sodas), exercise and drink water, you should maintain a healthy weight for your age and body type.

Well its not healthy at all to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
And unfortunately theres no such things as spot reduction, where you lose weigh in that area only.
But if you change up your exercise routine, exercising 5 times a week for about 45 minutes, and eating healthier, you can drop pounds easier.
