It's not helpful to double up one day to make up for lost time exercising in the past. Instead, you should just resume your normal routine.
You can healthily exercise 6 times a week or every day as long as you make sure you're varying which muscles in your body you're exercising.

If you are exercising that much something is very wrong. No one should exercise more than once per day. Sounds to me like you have a disorder. Seek out some counseling as to why you feel you need to do that. It is not normal or healthy for you.

forget about it... u should keep a patter
if u overload ursfelf one day ill be tiered or keep on doing less each day
u need to devolope a patter like 25 mins a day 5 times a week

You're not giving your muscles time to repair, you're actually doing your body more harm than good. You need 24 to 48 hours recuperative rest per muscle group....

Just excersice for half an hour everyday. If you miss some do not worry about it.
