im a 12 year old girl who weighs 110-115 i want to way 95-100 any ways of losing weight safely for me?

become a vegetarian -i eat meat but i am incredibly small i am 70 pounds, 4' 7" i wish i was bigger i am 12 too.

Dancing... If you have on demand on tv, u can order free videos and do that. Or get a dance video. Dancing will get ur cardio kickin in (which is ur blood and heart pumpin. Thats VERY important. Also dont drink pop. And drink a glass of water before each meal. Eat slowly because it actually takes 20 minutes before u are full to actually feel full. Also take walks.. But the dancing for 30 minutes twice a day is great.

run for atleast 45 minutes every other day and find out what your target heart rate needs to be for your age and weight. Do sit ups and other upper body exercises on the other days you are not running and you will shed weight like it is nothing. also drinkl lots of water each glass burns 60 calories

At your age you don't have to be concerned with losing weight unless you are obese (which means you are grossly over weight, over 50 lbs.).

If you try to diet, you will be making a big mistake. You have to eat healthy (no sugar, no junk, no sodas), drink water and exercise (walking, biking, etc.).

Don't buy into this garbage that you have to be pencil thin, that is very unhealthy. Be happy with what God gave you, value who you are and don't compare yourself to others--ever! Take care honey.

dont know how tall you are or bone structure but, moderate exercise, especially at your age, helps a body be the the body it wants to be most naturally

work out, eat well. pretty much the best and most basic advice.
but whatever you do, dont go anorexic, it really doesn't work
