You may need to get the advice of your doctor on this but here is one idea to think about. Low levels of potassium can cause cramping. You might want to try eating bananas to help with this. I think baked potatoes are also a good source of potassium. Hope you can get some help with this soon...

I suspect that your food intake is low in potassium. Please do not take a supplement. ( potassium supplements are DANGEROUS) Make sure you are eating plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Another possibility is that your feet are cold and you need to wear socks and leg warmers.. ( Yes, I know socks are not practical while you perform but leave them on until the last minute. )

It would be a good idea to see your doctor if this continues.

Same thing always happens to me, doctor said i needed more potassium. That's probably the problem but also try streaching out your feet before gymnastics...it might help.

that most likely means you need more potassium in your diet. try to eat more foods like bananas, potatoes, or yogurt, especially about an hour before you go to gymnastics. dont worry i had the same problem... it honestly just is a lack of potassium... nothing to worry about :)
also, try massaging them when you get them... it helps relieve the pain
