Im 14 and i have upper back pain at moments but they go awya when i move around and when i drink water, but when i don't move or sit the pain comes back. the pain is mild, i do tend to slouch in my chair and i think i have a bad posture. The pain feels weird and i don't want to go to the doctor unless i have too.

I also get pain sometimes in my lower left back side, but it goes away when i drink water or eat a lot. the pain goes away also when i laugh or have a good time. Wierd right?

The other thing is that i got pain this morning in my pelvic area on the left and it hurt like a b****! When i got up to urinate and release the demon i felt a little better. I passed gas in the morning a lot and the pain is gone. It comes back a couple time. I do tend to hold it when i have to go because the teacher doesn't let me go.

I've gone to the doctor and they say im fine that they can't find nothing wrong with me. Maybe because im lazy idk. I would apprecitate the help thanks.

It may be growing pains...Random pain from your body growing. I notice you said that when you are having a good time the pain is not as noticeable. Maybe you should make a point to keep busy so you are not sitting around noticing pain.

The pelvic pain could be an ovarian cyst. Common, but if it gets too bad, you could end up in the hospital. There is nothing you can do if it does get that bad, but it may pass with your cycles.

Are you regular (means: are you pooping regularly)? Constipation can cause random abdomen/pelvic/back pain.

Just thoughts. Good luck to you! :)

The items you mention in the third paragraph is normal in this case. Not let you go to the restroom when called by Mother Nature to do so is not a good idea. It could lead to bladder problems later on. Your teacher should know better, I had that happen one time to me in school when I needed to go from the rear end and the teacher wouldn't let me then either, the end result was disasterous. That taught her a lesson. Copy this message and show your teacher.

Do some stretching and breathing when you first wake up in the morning. Make sure you're not sitting for lengthy amounts of time. Stretch throughout the day, and do more stretching and breathing at night before bed.
