You eat not eating enough, that is why you are getting hungry. You need at least 1200 calories in your diet, or else your body will end up going into starvation mode, and you will gain more than what you originally weighed.

Remember to incorporate protein and fiber into your diet. (this helps keep you fuller longer). Split your meals up into three meals with two small snacks!

You aren't eating right, not even for trying to not eat fattening foods...
Unfortunately Milk is a huge contributer to fat- which is why Babies like it so much :) Your body still needs it though so switch to 0% fat milk. Bread no matter what it is, is a huge contributer to fat-It's better to get grains from cereals-that way you get your milk too (and a healthy breakfast). For lunch if you really need bread-get weight waters, or try something different, like an egg (which helps weigh loss if you are exercising too) make sure you are having something with protein and iron. Potatoes are good for you as long as you don't add creams, salads are great as long as you don't add a ton of salas dressing (dressings are very fattening)
So eating a healthy lunch that is filling, would be something like a baked potatoe and a salad with maybe some carrot sticks for fun or an apple on the side-cut into pieces.

Eating right to lose weight-does not mean stop eating-It means finding what foods are th ehealthiest and you havn't managed to do that yet.

Once you start to lose inches off your body (the start) your scale may lie. Actually, it WILL lie. You are working out, which means you may gain muscle- muscle weighs MORE than fat. Not only this, but you will gain water content called water weight. This goes away and the scale will start to show truths in month 5-ish, give or take.

For supper sometimes I eat soy burger-for my protein and iron, but I hav eit by itself, without break or a bun. My carbs come from other sources- you'd be surprised how much carbs are in all the foods-so read the lables, you probably get them without needing breads. If you have pasta- it is a carb, so dont have bread. Only have a small portion, or cut the usual portion in half- I just choose to cut out breads, b.c it's an unneccesary food choice- and carbs are found in things that are a bit more healthy! and /or fun to eat if moderately taken.

Other mistakes ppl make are- they eat a lot of yogurt-thinking it's healthy...but it is fattening-and only good once in a while. It is healthy , but still fattening-so can't be eaten more than once a day.

So just be smart about what you eat. Get full, and when you need a snack have a carrot stick or celery stick, or eat some healthy bran or wheat cereal, oooorrr drink some water.

You may also be hungry b.c your stomach is so used to eating more!-this may mean that you need to break up your meals more.
Like have breakfast- like have a bowl of cereal with milk, and if you usually have a orange or fruit with it, wait an hour and then eat it. For lunch if you had the example I gave of a potatoe with salad and some carrot sticks or a fruit- eat the potatoe and salad, then wait an hour and have the carrot sticks and fruit. Kind of stretch out the meals a bit until you get used to the portions that are healthy.

If you are hungry you can snack on carrot sticks, cucumber and celery without feeling guilty!
When you first diet, your body starts to crave sugar, and your brain behaves in the same way as with someone craving a cigarette!
The best way to lose weight and keep it off, is to eat the same foods as you intend to after your diet, but smaller portions, reducing the portions over the weeks and months until they are down to the 2,000 calories a day you should be on!
You should avoid eating between meals as much as possible, and only snacking on carrots, etc, when you can't avoid it!
Eat four meals a day, and don't skip on breakfast, as people that do are more prone to put on weight and to snack on an evening!
Eating the same things you normally do may not sound the ideal way to lose weight, but if you eat things you wouldn't normally, then you will lose the weight and put it on and more besides when you return to your old eating habits! It has to be a permanent change if you want to lose the weight and keep it off!
Also exercise is very beneficial!
It will speed up your metabolism, therefore the rate you lose weight, improve your muscle tone, heart, lungs, digestive system, complexion, your mood, etc, the list is endless!
Finally, make sure you drink a good 2 litres of water every day, just water, nothing added, to flush out your system!Follow these steps for a guaranteed lifetime success!
I hope this helps!

Cut out the bread and dairy. Eat as much raw veggies as you want when you get hungry and eat more protein. Don't starve yourself, your body's metabloism will slow when you do that. Try to eat small healthier meals more times a day 5-6..you won't feel as hungry...also it may take about a week until your body will stop feeling hungry all the time.

Being a tiny little bit hungry is the price you pay for not having a massive GUT. Sounds like you had a pretty big meal by most people's standards.

Sure you are hungry, you are not eating properly.

If you eat healthy, exercise and drink lots of water, that will help you lose weight, keep it off and not feel hungry. That is the right way to do it.

You should definitely eat something so you don't overindulge later. I would snack on carrots or celery. You can eat a lot without many calories. Good Luck!!

YOU "MUST" EAT.......BUT DO IT PROPERLY
I HAVE BEEN ON MANY DIETS.......
IF YOU ARE STILL HUNGRY AFTER EATING......
EAT WHAT THEY CALL "FREE" FOODS...
THAT WILL KILL THE HUNGER......
IT MAY BE A VERY GOOD IDEA TO GET A "REAL" DIET SHEET FROM YOUR DOCTOR.........
AT LEAST REMEMBER THIS.........
"YOU MUST EAT"........
