Awareness of self, ability to reason, and capability to feel emotion. However, there could be more than this. That is to say, God is likely "transpersonal," meaning that He (or rather it) is capable of higher levels of the three traits I listed, and perhaps has other characteristics that we are unaware of.
Us trying to understand God as a personal being is almost like a lower primate trying to understand a human's cognitive abilities. They may share some of our mental ability but they are ultimately on a lower level than us.
