i have found a pattern in my eating! some days i dont fancy anything to eat n loose my appetite compleatly, i will smoke loads n loads n loads n drink oads of tea but not eat n then i go through phases of just eatin loads of crap- but actually wanting certain things that aren't good for you! im not unhealthy- i think the majority of food i eat is healthy (except 2day) but still... y is this? please help? oh yea im not weight concious dat much im jus really curious! thanx

You are really out of control! Start eating in a healthy and sane way, not binging on tea and junk, worst of all smoking.

Quit smoking, eat healthy (limit sugar, no junk, limit salt) and exercise and drink lots of water.

You are right, you certainly not weight conscious! You need to figure out why you are eating this way, it is very destructive.

For women hormones play a big role, i.e. craving sweet and dairy products before a period. You need to work out a healthy eating plan because your diet sounds really messed up

You should eat six meals a day & every 3 hours but portion control is everything. You should stay away from starch, sugar & saturated fats . Drink lots of water, lots of fruits, veggies & nuts.

Everything in moderation. You can give yourself permission to do what you want to do but you need to keep it under control. That way you are the boss and your body works for you.
