That's because your body is getting used to it. Your muscles have gotten stronger so you are not at that same level of exercise when you first started working out. You should step up your routine... do something a bit more challenging. Then you should be a bit sore :]

Your body and muscles are getting used to the work out. You might have reached a plateau. Try to change it up a bit, to shock your muscles and make them grow. You can change the type of lifting, or change the amount and reps you are lifting. Oh by the way, just because you are not getting sore doesn't mean that you are not getting any benefit from working out.... good luck.

You body adjusts, your muscles are being used and therefore not hurting (which isn't good to feel a "burn").
I suggest you amp up your exercise now, this should be done every few months since your body will get used to the same thing and needs change.
Work out 4 days a week and add more reps or another type of exercise; hike, bike, etc.

First of all soreness is just acid build up in your muscles. You have stretched those muscles out more and they are plyable now. Just keep on the right track and add more on slowly , but surely. You will get sore again.

That's normal your muscles are adapting to your exercise route. After about five weeks your muscles won't grow any more (plateau) then you need to find a different exercise route to work the muscles in a different way for them to stretch. Then you will get the sore muscles again for a while.

You should get a coach or work out partener.
Increase the weights and you will get sore again I promise.
Increase the reps too.

You get sore at first because you're body isn't used to the workout. When you do it regularly you stop getting sore.

Perhaps your body has already adjusted to the workout you've started. Try increasing the number of reps you do, or the loads you lift/exercise with.
If your workout is more cardio intensive, try doing it for longer periods of time or with more resistance.
