DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla, then pour whole mixture into graham cracker crust.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

I just want to know if the filling will be too runny or loose. Thanks.

You can easily exchange the regular cream cheese for the 1/3 less variety. (I have done this many times without any difficulty) I would NOT use the totally fat free. It doesn't have the same texture or flavor.

You Recipe sounds like a cheese cake. Try this one too.

2 - 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese (at room temp)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crust

Preheat oven to 350
Cream together the Cream Cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add Vanilla.
Pour into crust and bake for about one hour. Center will be almost set.

Top with pie filling of your choice or, there are a few variations you may like.

Add 1/2 cup frozen or fresh fruit
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate thawed. Top with caramel ice cream topping and chopped peanuts before baking.

Enjoy

You can even replace the cream cheese with nonfat cream cheese and have it work out perfectly. So, yes, low-fat will work just fine.

My hubby did a stint with low-fat/low-cholesterol dieting so I developed lots and lots of low-fat/non-fat cooking recipes.

It should work out just fine. I have substituted low cal for regular cream cheese.

You can but it wont be as coopertive when your beating it. Its just tougher to cook with. You should use regular because you can taste the difference.
