You either call 911 as the former person said. Or you can call a crime stopper line, or directly to a law enforcement agency, or speak directly to an officer.

You give your information, answer any questions that may be asked to clarify what you are reporting, and hopefully give your name, address, and phone number so follow up contact can be made.

Your information will be followed up on. To what degree depends on what you have reported and how believable you are. The more complete your information is the more believable you make yourself.

Call or go down to the cop shop..
Either fill out an "official" report or just tell the officer.....

Then they will take all of the data and ignore all of it as they make their way to the Dunkin Donuts for coffee and jelly rolls...



End of case!

Oh yea, NEVER, ever expect the cops to actually do anything for you!!!!!!
