Hi I have Blockbuster rental online. The contract that I made was I choose 3 quene orders every month. This month, I only receive only 1 quenue movie. I email them that I have not receive my other 2 queue movies buy mail. The later I receive my 2nd queue order but, I want it on HD-DVD format & not DVD. I contact them to resend me the same movie & HD-DVD format. Then later 5 days later, receive the WRONG format again. I send it back & to send the a differnet movie. It's been almost 2 weeks already I have not still got my 2 queue movies & I send them a message & no respond?

What should I do? What would you do if you were in my shoes? Should I canel my memeber ship & get my money back? Thank you so much! :)

First - I thought BB had announced they would be "BluRay" exclusive and not carry HD-DVD's. I dont have the rental service but this is what all the retail stores say.

Second - BB is famous for 'scams'. They sign people up for 'trial' of their game package, month to month package, then continue to charge the credit card automatically and ignore the cancellation of the service. (I have heard people screaming in the stores at the clerks about this).

Remember when BB offered "2-night" rentals, but the movie had to be back before Midnight of the next day. They got away with that for years until a lawsuit made them stop.

I would suggest you cancel your membership and consider NetFlix. But you probably wont get your money back.

Blockbuster will not give you cash for trades, they will either put the amount on your account that you have there or they will put it on a card that you can use at any Blockbuster store. Gamestop and EB WILL give you cash but the amount will not be as great as the amount they will give you for in store credit.

if you paid credit, then they have to give you credit, if you paid cash, then they have to give you cash or store credit
