i have naturally VERY straight hair a little past my shoulders. it has no volume and i want to get long layers with side bangs on it .. sort of like the girl from When a stranger calls.
would it be a good thing to do? becuz i really want my hair to have more volume and would it look good?

Yeah, I'm sure it'd look really nice. But be prepared, you probably wont be able to pull you're hair back in a ponytail anymore- I dunno if thats a problem for you or not, just keep it in mind. But then again it's just hair and it'll grow back.

Yes! I also have very straight hair with absolutely NO volume. When I added layers to my hair it made a major difference. Layers add volume to your hair.Also, layers work for most people because layers can be customized for each person to make it work or look good.

Your hair will grow out again - if you really like this look - try a wig on in a similiar cut to get your confirmation - then go for it...
Remember, your hair grows back!

yea u should definitely get layers if u have straight hair
