Ok no not what they said. It depends, If they know than they will guide you, but if you both dont know then you frist say I have never done this befor then you 40 degrees to the left and you open you mouth a little then they stay stright up and do the same with there mouth and you to touch and move you lips like you are eating then when you are ready you use your toung. { most guys have bad breath so be ready} it is easy dont worry if you are planong on it. Yay! There's someone you're thinking of kissing, thats awesome. Initiate it by kind of hugging him and fooling around and then just go for it and kiss him on the lips. You're instincts will take over by then. Don't be afraid to use your tongue just a little in the beginning to get used to it, like licking his bottom lip while your lips are still pressed to his. start of by puckering your lips and give small kisses and then gradually open your mouth and turn your head and gently insert your tounge and to be honest once your there the rest comes naturally

Theres no way to explain how to kiss somebody...
it just happens or you would need to have somebody to show you physically...

tilt ur head up and kiss from his top lip 2 his bottom lip! lol kinda try to spell "peaches" but dont spit on him! it sounds wierd, but practice on the palm of ur hand!
